Apple Daily‘s report does not reflect what really happened correctly.
Our operations always adhere to the labor laws and regulations.
125 employees voluntarily asked to terminate the employment with ISEC.
114 of them determined to stay with ISEC after the negotiation.
The others left ISEC eventually. Despite their voluntary resignation,
the 11 employees filed a claim against ISEC and the legal proceeding
to deal with the said claim is still in process now.
